As of August 1st 2022, Element Armament will not sell nor ship magazines with capacities greater than 10 rounds to the following states: California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Vermont and Washington. By utilizing the Element Armament website and/or affiliated selling channels, the user/purchaser acknowledges that he/she is not a resident of the referenced states or locales and will not transport restricted or illegal items into those states.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us for more information on returning an item or how to obtain a refund. There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on firearms once they have left our establishment. If a firearm is paid in full prior to obtaining a response from NICS and the final determination is a DENIAL, 80% of the total will be refunded back to the client. 20% will be held as a restocking fee. A minimum 20% deposit will be required to hold or order any firearm or regulated item.

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange but we may be able to offer a partial refund/exchange. Please contact us for guidance before sending your item to us:  [email protected] or 317.530.9013.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Returns/Refunds due to customer ignorance or mistakes may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping WILL NOT be refunded if the customer made the mistake or chose the wrong item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

For instance, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and /or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 5 business days (your bank may take longer to process the refund).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 51 N US Highway 31, Whiteland, Indiana 46184.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Storage Fees**:

Applies to all items left in store. Including transfers and NFA items.

After 30 days of receiving an item or a response from a background check, whether that be an NFA item or 4473, there will be a storage fee added at checkout.

Storage Fee: $10/week after the initial 30 days.

If the storage fee exceeds the price of the item, Element Armament will retain the item and may sell the item to recoup the cost of storage.

**These storage fees do not apply to Layaway Items nor Items discussed and approved to be held long-term by Element Armament (deployment, illness, etc.)

Scenarios include but are not limited to:

1.) You use us as the transferring FFL and do not come pick up the item.

2.) You purchase an NFA item and do not retrieve the item after approval.

3.) You incorrectly fill out a Form 4 or supplemental documents for a NFA item and do not come in to resubmit for scheduled appointment.

4.) You order a product from our website and choose “In-Store Pick Up”.

NFA Submissions: The first submission is built into the price of buying the item or the transfer fee.

Every additional “Resubmission” will be $50.

  • First “Initial” Submission: No additional fee
  • Second or More Submission: $50/Resubmission
