Archon Firearms Type B is a semi‑automatic polymer pistol developed and designed with a focus on the shooter’s needs. It is designed to combine excellent performance, versatility, and ease of control. Innovative features all work for a better shooting experience.

The AF‑Speedlock® is a unique pistol locking system which prevents the barrel from tilting during the slide cycle. The barrel just goes straight back a few millimeters, keeping the line. The AF‑Speedlock® provides for a higher level of accuracy as compared to standard pistols with a Browning system, the more so if we come to speak of follow-up shots. Our pistols have a very low bore axis of about 12mm. The effects include an improved recoil management, minimum muzzle flip, faster shooting, increased accuracy, and easy control.

*This version of the Type B is equipped with a standard 4.3″ barrel and optic compatible slide ready for an RMR or RMR-footprint red dot. The bottom rail will accomodate many, if not all, weaponlights and lasers on the market.
